Saving bees one book at a time.

Honey bees are more than just cute faces with a penchant for making sweet stuff. They, as was well as native bees, butterflies, moths and numerous other insects, are responsible for pollinating 80% of the flowering plants in the world, and a third of our food crops.

We know you’ve all heard by now that honey bees need our help. But we don’t want to just help honey bees. We want to do our part to help honey bees, native bees, butterflies and other pollinators.

The good news is that good habitat can help all of these pollinators and we are proud to support an organization that provides great diverse habitat for all kinds of pollinators.

Let us introduce you to….

The Bee & Butterfly Habitat Fund is a non-profit dedicated to establishing high quality pollinator habitat to ensure pollinator populations thrive.  We work with landowners, conservationists, scientists and beekeepers to design and build healthy and sustainable pollinator habitat.  By designing our habitat project with innovation and new technology, we are meeting four important objectives of 1) Delivering increased pollinator benefits, 2) Designing seed mixtures that are cost-effective, 3) Producing habitat projects that establish quickly and provide improved weed competition values and 4) Are demonstrating how other conservation programs can improve outcomes and results.  Join our unique conservation solution.
